As far as I know, if you're joining EZY as a DE SFO then you should get everything catered for by the Company on DUTY days only i.e. Every groundschool or sim day will have accommodation and food sorted by EZY. I know this was always the case at CTC, where they would either accommodate you at Dibden, or put you up in Lyndhurst.
If things are still the same as when I joined, then the groundschool should be Mon - Fri 9-5 withy weekends off. Obviously the sim will be rostered at random and dependent on slots. You will alsmost certainly have days off at some point, probably concurrent days between the fixed base phase and FFS phase.
As far as I am aware you get Salary only during the type rating, but if you do get any sector pay then it will be the standard 2 nominal sectors pay for a groundschool or sim duty. For an FO I believe this around £35.
