The point is, if it is a different company, i.e. called EZY Spain, they try to implement different conditions, of course in favour for EZY management.
However, BALPA is aware of the situation and is seeking for clarification!
Finally, IMHO, no EZY pilot is forced to accept the present MAD contract! I would not!!
Newcomers, which are eager that MAD is their base, must consider carefully!
EZY Switzerland is operating with differnt contracts, too! Also I must admit, that they fly under a different AOC!
And MILANO, they have the same basic pay, but different tax situation dictated by italian law.
