As for the current share price it is largely unchanged this week, and I doubt whether anybody in the city would see a few days of weather induced disruption as a good reason to start selling stock. However, directors selling is a very different matter.
So no conspiracy theories or insider trading cover ups just simple economics.
I'm not connected to BA either!

In that case Airbrake we more or less agree

Aviation is a cyclical business. The world's economy also goes up and down.

I think the directors, as does much of the City, think both are likely to head on a downwards trajectory soon. From a peak.
Makes sense to sell then doesn't it ?

If you look around major leasing companies, such as GATX, SALE in Singapore and others have sold up recently. There is a reason for that - people think aircraft values are at a peak. I think we are about to get into the inevitable downwards bit of the cycle re aviation.

I also think the global economy is going to slow next yr.

Many others think so too.
