Sorry about that but I cannot read Italian.
I will finish my type rating on the ATR in January. One ex-pilot from Air Dolomiti told me that many pilots are leaving because of management and they now have difficulties finding pilots...
On the website, it is written that the minimum requirement is 1000 hours total (if I have well understood since it is only on the Italian version).
I would like to know if applications of low timers are also considered, and in this case, could you give me the contact of the (new ?) Chief Pilot.
And are most of the pilots really unhappy to work for Air Dolomiti, and why exactly?
