Mods please deleate if considered inappropriate

I am a regular visitor but rare poster to Pprune and Flyer forums.
I recently changed my registration details on the Flyer site - now when I log on I just get a blank screen
My change of detail was to my e-mail address from ...freeserve.co.uk to .....hotmail.com
Flyer technical support can only suggest reregistering with new details

I use two computers, one with Norton the other with Blueyonder security
Any suggestions?
Please speak slowly, I'm not computer literate(I have trouble with ATMs!!)
