I think the problem could have been with my past employer. They ask for you to write the sickness for 2 years. I felt I did we'll in the interview and have looked back and honestly I walked out of the interview I was quite happy with it. The questions were based on customer service (the usual) which I have loads of so it wasn't that. However, I was in my last job for 3 months and 2 of them I was off sick for a medical condition in and out of hospital. Then the shop closed and I was out of a job as I couldn't go to the one they offered me. I admit for a new employer looking at the amount of sick leave I had for that employer it does look bad but it was for a genuine reason.
I will get a temp job for 6 months and reapply so I can prove it was a one off and that I really want to work for Virgin. It has not put me off I will reapply. Just be yourself and you'll be fine. The day is a fun one and the hard bit is afterward. Let us know how you get on. Give me 6 months and I'll be with ya
