I had my interview on the 27th nov and i heard 8 days later that i got the job and another girl who went on the same day as me heard 2 days later!!! So it really depends. I start training on the 5th feb but i asked for that date for personal reasons. At that time they were recruiting for the course starting
8th jan, your training course starts usually around 4-5 weeks after your interview. As for the reference form you have to fill that in and bring it with you to your interview and give it to them. Good luck with interview!
