Top of my head here.
For 2 pilots we are credited 1.14 per 1 hour block. 3 pilots 1.07 per 1 hour block. 4 pilots 1 for 1. (regardless of time)
Flights(sectors) greater than 9 hours require 3 pilots, or 8 hours if between 2am and 6 am local time where you started the duty.
Basically for most ULH flights require 4 pilots(although cx trying to change that). Is based on extending normal duty. Extension = rest taken/ 2 if in bunk or rest / 3 if in business seat. eg middle east flights, say normal duty allowed = 12 hours, if 3 pilots, the two operating crew must take 3 hours rest in the seat (business class seat) so they can extend duty by 1 hour.
Sims/leave/sick days/ground school are all credited but cant remember amount.
