Couldn't agree more with Alpha Floor! Don't give Hkg a bad rap until you have actually been there. The life style is excellent. To be honest the only down side at the moment is the pollution.
Regarding housing...We were very happy in our little 20K a month dump....
Most of the agents are helpfull and with some searching you will get yourself sorted in a cool pad. You can check properties out online ( enter area , size and your budget to get the best search results) - Centaline , Midland Realty , Savills and Hong Kong Property. Just remember that the normal agent fee is half a months rent but that can be negotiated. Also Oasis may have a deal with certain agents for Zero commision.Good luck!
