Thanks for that link - nice group of utilities!
To clarify for others - the DNS resolver cache does NOT survive a reboot! It is cleared when the IP stack is reloaded either manually or following a reboot.
The utility exists primarily for servers, where it is not possible to interrupt the service they provide, but it is required to remove an old DNS entry, rather than allow it to age out - the default is 24 hours to age out.
