many thanks for the info., no i've never applied to Costock as I don't have type ratings for their Helis- though I do now work with a Pilot who recently worked there though & speaks highly of them & I remember the Chief Eng from when he was an apprentice at Stapleford!

again many thanks for the info., I'm happy at the moment working for another company at EMA so don't really want to move (again) anyway.. but a quoted £16K+ increase on my current salary (if true) was at least worth looking into a bit more- however after hearing about what has gone on & how people have been treated I think the decision to not pursue it was right for the present time - after all everyone can't be wrong!
