Youngest 747 captain ?

For ICAO an ATPL Capt should have 1500h PIC ninimum if my memory is correct.

But on the other hand, in some countries ( ) they give an F16 with tactical weapons to 19 years old kids , so I prefer a 28 years old on a 747 full of e-bay boxes.
