So am I missing something here. Got my initial leave bid from StarFleet command and have been allocated 16 days.
I now go on to do my secondary bid and find the maximum I can request is 14 days in one block. WTF, is this new restriction another cunning plan so they can cram in more flying during a leave month and not pay you any credit for it.
I am so pi**ed off with this organisation and its pi** poor planning, operational flexibility at the cost of pilots bulls**it. I feel VIOLATED
