Mmmmmm....

And that 10% raise is another of those "sharp pencil" jobs the boys upstairs are so good at ...... its only on the "basic" part of salary so effectively will only really be 8 1/2 %+ by the time if it gets to your pocket.

Don't think it will make any difference in stopping the rot!
