J32/41 ignore the folks from BC. They just had a couple of cm fall on the coast and they're excited

For Quebec, Mont St Anne is a good bet. Try here http://www.skisnowquebec-city.com/en/ if you haven't yet.
Anyway you have to visit Quebec city.
