Spoke with a F/O friend at Norwegian today. He also mentioned they were looking for pilots and had a hard time finding suitable candidates with ratings. Therefor they're now going to offer rating with bond. Only snag is you need 1500TT to be interesting to them. He said it was due to their Cat3 status. Can anyone confirm - would that be a plausible limitation in their AoC for example??
