I am glad that it was you that said that, not me,they would be asking for their hush money back.I wish that we had known about the high turn a round of staff before my husband agreed to accept the job.Moving my family away from their schools and friends was not an easy decision.Selling our house,We gave up everything for what we thought would be a lifetime post.There is a shortage of licenced techs ,infact my husband was offered work within 48 hours of leaving jcb,albeit contract but the pay was the same and at least he wasnt on 24 hr 7 day a week call out.How are jcb going to fool the next tech into risking everything? They are certainly not doing themselves any favours in the way that they treat their staff.How do they sleep at night?
