AVG-D, I was involved with the original Sierra Leone registration and the short answer to this is that I doubt if any other country would licence her. If they did then they would be a similar-type AOC "licencer". ie: most things go!
It has been asked how they can get her out of Southend; this was a similar problem we had with FT before I flew her up to PIK for work before she went to Oz. Basically there was a back way that overcome CAA objections.
