I don't think they have any form of selection "process". From what I hear, you either have to know someone on the inside, og just be lucky. It does not matter, or so it seems, what your experience or skill level is - you just have to be willing to pay for the job and/or hope that they randomly pick you. Having flown with them on two occasions, I'd have to say I feel lucky to be working somewhere else. Poor service from a few inexperienced kids in the cabin, no "welcome on board" from the flight deck, ridiculous seat pitch, our aircraft didn't have overhead air vents, the cabin is filled with commercial stickers, you have to pay for every last bit of service. Been there, tried that - ain't doin' it again. Ever.
It was cheap, though, but for a reason. And that's why one should expect nothing in return, I guess.
Just my two cents' worth, and I could be grossly mistaken, of course - it being only two flights

...and would you believe; on a 4-hour flight, they closed sevice for 20 minutes, to allow the cabin "crew" (read: cheap labour) to have their meal break. What the hell kind of company does not allow the crew to have normal meal stops BETWEEN flights? And what's with only a 20 minute-break on a full working day? Slavery.
