Front page article in the Borneo Bulletin yesterday revealed several inconsistencies. Apparently RBA is on the up and up. The article stated (and I paraphrase) that reduction in staff may have actually enhanced safety. The implication, unintended, I am certain, is that safety was compromised before this event.
