In MAS we have Captains who don't even have the minimum Form V flying the B747, even though the airline minimum requirement is a pass equivalent to GCE(0) level. That was changed 15 years ago to fit some siblings of chief pilots.
No wonder they are in debts of RM20 billions even before the WTC incident.
