Ask what happens when the sole signatory for the company is not in the country. Ask what happened to the December salaries. Ask what happened to JF once he got on the wrong side of the wrong person. Ask what rights you have in a contract dispute, which is a contract with the gov't of RAK. Anyone who claims to be well connected there should be able to find out.

Interesting twist on a thread that has developed itself more in a direction where people have a tendency "not to see the forest because of all the trees". Or shall we say "not to see the desert because of all the sand"
For those seriously thinking about joining RAK, should as you say, ask themselves all the questions you have put in front of them. You obviously know someting most people on this thread do not know. And as such your post should stand as an eye-opener to all.
