First of all, thank you so much for taking the time to post this info. It is very difficult to find useful, factual information and I've not been able to speak to anyone at Tiger recruitment. (I've visited their office twice and been told not to try to get to speak to anyone or you cv will be binned, similiar response to emails).
So......you said;
