1) You get 170$/day or so during training. The first day you fly you get basic salary, which is 5333/month for FO and 8000 for Capt. As soon as you don't need a safety pilot anymore (which happens after a few days), you get your full salary (82/102$ per block hr).

2) training is done by Airbus Training, Toulouse. There are some guys who did it themselves somewhere else. It's a risk, because the company might still ask you to make it in TLS or wouldn't take you.

3) No overnights. This might change with the opening of a base in Manila (Clark AFB). Future Tiger cubs might have to join on local terms in CRK, for a local salary, which is lower than PAL and Cebu.

4) Experience is quite wide-spread, from ab initio locals up to command-ready and 1000s of hrs of Airbus experience. It's more a question if you're making a good impression during the interview (be a nice guy) and supply and demand.

5) There is lots of info about TGW and SIN. Please use the search function with results older than one year. Biggest problem is not the company (this is just a normal European Airline run by a young and enthusiastic team), but Asia and Singapore. But SIN is most probably the best place to be in Asia.
