Thanks for the response. If you have time I just have a few more:
1) At what point do you start getting paid. At commencement of endorsement or once you have attained endorsement and start line training?
2) Is endorsement done inhouse and does endorsement have to be done with Tiger or could it be done elsewhere?
3) Amount of overnights?
4) What actual experience have newcomers had? Is it well above their minimums?
5) What are the negatives that newcomers should be aware of?
The searches I have done for Tiger didn't reveal to much specific info, so just doing some digging.
