Not worth the effort debating all the pro's and con's. Best thing to do is just get a job that pays proper money with one of the larger operators. Loads and loads of jobs. Better paid Fist Officers at Easyjet than a Captain of a Dash 400. Why? Because that's the way it has been in the past, that's the way it is now and that's the way it will be in the future. 400 Pilots required at Easy next year alone. Engage brain guys.
