The offer on the table is that we do get back leave days, but that it because the shifts in the new WP are longer.
Shifts, as in the time from when you plug in, to the time at which you can walk out of the VCR.
Are you telling us all that if your next WP added an hour on to every shift, you would not expect anything back? Or would you just say to your management: "No, that's ok folks, I'm quite happy to work for longer for nothing"
The new, longer shifts, take the hours model over the max hours per month, so we have to have more leave to bring that down again.
