L-1011's in Amman Jordan

Does anyone know anything about an L-1011 that is about to be dismantled in Amman. An American company is looking for A&P engineers to begin work in the next 30 days. I am thinking of applying for one of the positions. How would an Australian be looked apon in the region? E-mail me if you wish. All comments/responses are invited.
