Or maybe they don't want to work for Easy. Try looking at how many ex Flybe have gone to the likes of Monarch, Brittania, TFly, BA mainline, GB. I believe it was Monarch for one who have been actively poaching a load of Flybe pilots for the last few years.
Wait till the press and the Sun reading public get wind of the fact that flybe is such a farce that they are promoting 1500 hour guys to command just to get 'planes in the air!
No 1500hr guys have been promoted. The last few have about 2500hrs, about 3 or 4 years experience, which is more than ample for a command (why would you need to wait any longer), and they're a bunch of very capable guys. And besides does having 1500hrs make you a bad pilot, operator or captain?
All this posturing from a minor airline like flybe makes me think there is a lacking in the manhood department!
