The Saturated Adiabatic Lapse Rate (SALR) is the lapse rate for rising air which is saturated (RH 100%).
It has an average value in temperate latitudes near the ground of 1.8 C/1000 ft or 6 C/1000m.
SALR is
not constant, varying with temperature and approaching DALR as temperature decreases and/or increases.
