Tory Canyon is quite justified at throwing teddy out of his/her pram.
The 2 pay rises in question were both heavily biased towards the Dash boys and girls and now we are left with this three year deal/mess. This is hardly a level playing field is it? In my book a pay rise should be the same across the board, otherwise you descend into the Divide and Rule/ Us and Them Chasm.
If our CC cannot sort out the basics as it stands at the moment, then gawd elp us when BACon slime their way up our seniorty list.
I think I'll get a few applications in myself now as well. What with the heavily biased Ex BA/BAcon management in our upper echelons, Fly be pilots are going to be in for a rough ride and probably a bit thinner on the ground in the not too distant future.
