Would it be considered bad form to fill in and send the application without having been invited to do so ? I notice also that the form given on above link is a little out of date. I've sent 2 CV's in last few weeks but heard nothing at all back (900 TT 300 muti).
Scratch ,yes. There are 5 crews for 1 aircraft based at LHR. You'll be in a long queue as a F/O to get to a LHR basing, but apparenetly for captains there are spaces.
