I fly to HLGT about twice a month as a pit stop. The operations at Ghat is very basic, there is fuel over there run by the local Berga (fuel company), As far as I am awar they take cash for fuel unless you have arrangement with them. All the Info you have is correct mostly used it the NDB the VOR was working the other day. Not much of IFR flying in the area mostly Visual is done. The area has lots of High Rocks like the Grand Canyons in the State, nice views. Tower is on 118.10 not much flying happening in the area so you have to call the tower few times before they can hear you, also before you land ask the tower for fuel to be ready as sometimes it takes time.
