If the situation
is that bad I feel that it's management letting the guys down, not the individual. Safety
has to be the priority and if you're fatigued you have a responsibility to not work. Trouble is, the person who is too fatigued to work is usually the last person to realise the fact. It is something that needs to be legislated for, or the inevitable result will be an aluminium shower somewhere, sometime.
