Doesn't matter - TRSS or direct entry still have pay differentials between FO and SFO that depend on having frozen/unfrozen licence. This has nothing to do with TRSS SFO vs Direct Entry SFO. Whatever flavour of FO/SFO you are, the distinction remains the same.
Would a CADET be contemplating making SFO anytime soon.....???
The question is about getting the pay rise from EZY when the licence becomes unfrozen, not about what kind of hours make up an ATPL, nor what scheme you join EZY on. Discussions about these things can doubtless be found elsewhere.
