Bushy, the amendments might have been sent to pilots, but the aircraft flew the wrong STAR; and the pilots didn't notice...? Subject to an ESIR.
It would appear the ASA isn't at fault on this occassion; the AIP plates were published on time on budget; I know one company's type had the loaded data early last week, ready and waiting for the change; but others in the same company didn't have the same data available post AIRAC date; another company it would appear didn't have data in the boxes, but may have tried to fly it anyway, see above re ESIR.
VVS, The YSCB TLI issued shortly after the RWY 35 CB STARs issue was identified, has been extended; so that covers that.
RM; the RUNWAY 35 STARS for YSCB were published and in effect in
AUGUST with the exception of the YASS 3 which has just changed (23 Nov); so really I'll I can say is, WTF if going on, RAZZI 2 RWY 35, not that hard really, you should be able to 'hand fly it' or punch in the turning points without too much concern?
