What is going on?
Major AIRAC date comes and goes; new STARS for SY and CB are not carried 3 days after the implementation date (in the case of CB, the STARS published in August can't be flown)? One domestic airline particularly bad, the other a few “types” not ready.
Previous attempts at implementing changes have discovered AIP/JEPPS/FMS data issues (discrepancies between the various docs/data); is the tail wagging the dog again?
