Written Reference
Hi All,
Just a question about references, is anyone able to tell me what the "format" should be?
It's just that my previous employer has a policy against providing written references. Which is rather standard in Australia, so if anyone else form Aus has had this problem, how did you get around it? From what I have read on here, there is no exception to this requirement.
Does it have to be on company letterhead etc as my previous manager is happy to provide one, but not on letterhead due to the "policy".
