There is more than E-Bay
Although the powers that be have pulled the plug on E-bay there are a whole host of other auction sites that can be accessed. Just do a search for UK auction sites and you will find many opportunities.
If using E-Bay breaks Departmental rules why is it ok to use the site before 0700 and after 1800. Presumably if you break the rules outside of normal working hours nobody cares! Or, is that when the 1* and above get their bids in!?
