Virgin Nigeria is adding Calabar to its network on Dec. 19 (4 x weekly flights).
This brings to 2 the number of destinations added this year (I must say this is not impressive at all but granted they have a crew shortage). CBQ is good news for Christmas Carnival-goers and businessmen alike. ARIK is stabilizing on the route with 2 daily CRJ-900flights
daily.
Can anyone confirm the first 767-300ER will be wet leased from Air Italy and sporting the "new" livery? I guess they will be using it on Hajj flights initially. Also, the grapevine says negotiations are ongoing with Embraer for the purchase of EMB-170/190s which would be used on the Warri and PHC (NAF) routes. The 737-800 is reportedly under consideration...This brings me to ask if VK has an overall fleet policy or vision for the next few years....Any a/c order coming up?
Revnetwork could you shed some lights
