Interview Questions

Wanttoflyhigh:

What everyone has mentioned is true- they really do differ from person to person. I think the questions are based on your psychometric evaluation.

These are some of the questions i was asked

* Give an example of a difficult customer, how did you handle it, etc.
* Have you ever exceeded a clients expectations etc
* Give an example of when you failed and what you learned from it
* How do you think you'll adapt to living in Dubai & what kind of things would you do to make the adjustment easier.

I really cant remember any more- it seems such a long time ago!

Just practise like you would for an ordinary job- the questions dont differ at all. There are a host of interview questions available on the net. I would print off those and practise and practise.

Also, I would advise not to talk too much. A common technique emirates are known for is the deliberate silence. After you've answered your question as succintly as possible, leave it at that. Dont fall for the temptation of having to fill in the silence!

Hope this helps. Be yourself but importantly- believe in your own capabilities. If you believe you are a shoo-in for the position, that confidence will show through and it helps!
