Can we be assured though, that whilst our (alleged) misuse of Service IT is being reduced, our lords and masters can still grind Main Building to a halt whilst they all chortle over an MPG of squaddies in Al Amarah indulging in a spot of karaoke to the strains of a well known Tony Christie song?
