I don't know of a single US airline which requires you to be a US
citizen in order to work there. However, if you want to live and work in the US, you must have the
"right to work" here. By that, I mean the
legal right to work here, whether that be by work visa, or by a more "permanent" sort of right (e.g. marriage to a US citizen which would lead to a "green card", etc.)
No one should begrudge you the opportunity to seek a job here if you are here legally, so if that's the case, all the best in your searches!
