I've met pilots from several major carriers who complained - you will find them everywhere. We are WORKING for a COMPANY, so in the end it is all about money. The problem with pilots is that they choose their carreer out of idealism and that does not mix very well with money.
Yes, netjets has a point when he sums up pros and cons. However, I don't agree that it is all black and white, and that there is so much black.
