I am sure everything will be fine once Long Range Ed and TCAS undergo this leadership training they are talking of. One would have hoped they would have completed this before taking their present jobs, but better late than never right?
Also interesting that besides having QAR, ASR, CSRs, KGB, GRU, CID, interpol, six monthly PPCs, medicals etc, they still think there is a chance someone might be getting away with something that should be punished with at least a formal warning and a few years loss of profit share. So they now are encouraging people to rat on their mates with more reports. Doesnt seem that long ago that report writing was frowned upon. So hard to keep up really.
I guess all extra fuel can be listed as LREDF (Long Range Ed diversion Fuel), might cut into the payload if we have to keep using NBO all the time though, and will make a long day when doing a SYD etc.
