At my recruitment day in Sydney in May, they said that visa's are your own responsibility. You must have either an EU Pasport, Ancestry Visa for a permanent contract, or a Working Holiday Visa for a 1 year contract.
As an Australian Citizen, if you are under 30, you are eligible for a Working Holiday Visa. That will allow you to work in the UK for a year, and by then your passport should have come through.
As GOOMG said, check with recruitment to be sure...
Good luck for the interview. Practice your PA's, be friendly and speak up, but most importantly... BE YOURSELF!
For anyone who hasn't read page 9, there is a full run down of the day. Not sure if anything has changed since then.
