I recently spoke to a US operator that would apply for a H1-A or H1-J (??) visa for a foreign pilot. Sorry I can remember who. the fellow I spoke to said it took upto 6 months to be processed. This visa only allows you to work with the operator that applied for your work visa and has a time limit. You can try some operators listed at
