That may be a bit of a challenge as flight attendant training programs in Canada are approved for the individual airline and are based on that airlines procedures. Typically, an individual who wishes to become a flight attendant must be employed by the airline and then the individual is trained in accordance with, and must successfully complete, the company approved training program.

However, there are a few service providers in Canada that offer generic training for people interested in becoming a flight attendant:

Ariane
Inflight Institute

Otherwise, you are likely going to have to look at the corporate training programs offered in the US. Some of those are:

Alteon - A Boeing Company
Corporate Flight Solutions
Beyond and Above
FlightSafety

There are other service providers out there, these were just a few of the companies that quickly came to mind...
