SVA has its hands full with privatization..... give them a year to sort out the various sections of the airline and to find an immediate fleet and who knows... you might see a proper LCC in 2009......
I'm guessing that SAMA and NAS will be granted the new operators licences at the end of the year, with Al-Khayala operating their VIP service and another B747-400 operator, 2007 will be an interesting year for Saudi aviation
