Assessments....Recognition slips
Assessments twice a month? Is that all? When I worked for them, we got assessed every flight, and if the number one forgot to do one, you were chased up to get him/her to do one on you. Every month you got figures on your performance etc.
It made everyone paranoid, there was a lot of abuse of that system with lazy number ones just ticking boxes and writing standard stuff on the back.
When I got "made up" I did them every flight, but then I took a little more time over them as I had been in the situation before where I worked my ass off and got an average assessment.
A recognition slip was issued as a reward for outstanding service, They were far and few between.
Seems their standards have dropped if they only do 2 assessments a month now.
